1. Can you also produce ground-level photography/videography (i.e. traditional camera work)?
Yes! We know you’d rather not deal with two or more contractors for your media, so we provide everything (including post-production) and deliver it ready to upload for your listings.
2. Is it legal to fly drones near or over houses?
Absolutely. Our FAA certified pilots will always request permission from local air traffic control before each flight.
3. What if these things fall out of the sky and damage my client’s property?
Accidents do happen, but in the extremely unlikely event that a drone malfunctions, we’re fully insured and will make every effort to repair or replace any damaged property.
4. How do I get my photos and/or videos?
When ready, we’ll email you a link to our file server. Click the link, pay with your preferred payment type, and you’ll have unlimited access to your files to download when you please.
4. Will I have to do any editing to my files to get them ready for MLS?
We provide all of the necessary post production work so all you need to do is upload when ready.
4. My project requires something specific—do you offer custom drone services not listed on the site?
Absolutely. Our listed services are the most common ones we provide, but we’re flexible and often take on unique or specialized jobs. Contact us with the details, and we’ll let you know how we can help.
